Text “HOPELINE” to 741741 to connect with a trained crisis counselor
The Center for Suicide Awareness is addressing the issue of suicide in teens and young adults through a program that is SMS text message-based service. The resource will be called HOPELINE and it will be the first Text Crisis Line in the State of Wisconsin. The texting HOPELINE will be a “text” in for help and hope service. The person in need will be answered via any type of device that has internet access, computer, laptop, IPAD, etc. The person in need will be able to text in their needs and receive the answers all via text mode.
